Who will be in your home?
About
We are Soleil (So-lay) and Beau Gunderson. Soleil manages the scheduling, billing, support, bidding, and occasionally helps on-site. She is your point of contact and ensures questions and concerns are heard and addressed. Beau has over 10 years of experience and does all the design, millwork, paint, and installation. Beau is almost always the one on-site from start to finish. You don't have to worry about random people in your home at odd hours. We love our small business and feel deeply honored and blessed to have been trusted for so many years in hundreds of homes.
FAQ. What times do we work each day? We will generally be in your home from 11AM to 6PM

How our process works
FAQ. How long will the project take? The average project takes a little more than a week
Meet
First let's meet and look at your home. We firmly hold to our values that if we don't believe in the project, we will not take it.
Design
Let's coordinate and draw up designs to fit your home, budget, and preferences. We hope you don't mind hearing our opinions on what your projects as we are passionate about what we do.
Retainer
We only take one project at a time and don't leave a project until it is finished. We use a queue to schedule projects and simply require a small retainer to get on the list.
Install
Once it is your turn on the queue we will get to work on your project. We try to keep the mess and noise down but keep in mind you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette.

This isn't just a job for us. It is our passion. We love what we do and love taking our time and making things beautiful. That doesn't work if we are constantly bouncing around from one project to another every day. Best results come from patience, time, and thought. We have found that as we take one project at a time we move through projects faster, we enjoy each project more, and our clients are much happier seeing progress each day.
FAQ. How far out are we booked? We try to never be booked out more than a few months

FAQ. Do we offer cash discounts? Yes, we do!

The first bill will be for materials only. We never charge labor up front. Depending on the size of the project, this will generally be between $500 - $2500
50%
Once we have completed 50% of the labor we will charge you for 50% of the labor. This is generally once the built-ins are delivered from the workshop.
75%
Once we have completed 75% of the labor we will charge you for 75% of the labor. This occurs once everything is installed ready for paint.
100%
Once we have completed 100% of the labor we will charge you for the remainder.
